Greetings, all,

I'm passing along the following message on behalf of the Maynard Institute,
which has developed truly good ways to approach the issue of diversity. (You
can watch Dori Maynard discussing the ideas at
http://www.editteach.org/special/editingthefuture/06_Maynard/video01.htm.)

Hope everyone is staying warm.

Deborah
