The grammar portions of the Dow Jones editing tests since 1998 are up 
on http://Newsroom101.com.  They make good practice on general 
grammar topics.

When you click on a correct answer, you get some instruction on the 
grammar behind the answer.

While you're at newsroom101.com, you might also take a look at the 
exercises in The Editor's Eye -- especially the last two. I coded 
these experimental exercises to use pop-ups that ask questions or 
explain things when you mouse over troublesome words.
